Caramelized puff pastry, vanilla whipped cream on one layer, caramel whipped cream on the other.
It may be that you have to clean-up after consumption: it doesn’t bear its name for nothing… it most certainly will leave a few crumbs!
Enjoy with a light black tea, or with a sparkling white wine.
Keep refrigerated until serving. It’ll be flakier if you savour on the same day, but will still be good next day…
